Knoxville Septic Help does not perform septic work, does not hold septic licences, and does not employ technicians. Any work is performed by an independent provider, not by this site. No provider is currently assigned. Your request goes to Scott, who will contact you about it. We do not promise that a technician will call you, and we do not promise a quote, an appointment, or a price. Any price, quote, or appointment would come from the independent provider, on that provider's own terms. Response: Scott aims to contact you usually within an hour, between 7am and 8pm Eastern Time. Requests sent outside those hours will be answered the next business morning. This is an aim, not a guarantee. Emergencies: this site is for non-emergency requests only. It is not monitored continuously. If sewage is backing up into your home, do not use this form. Call a local emergency septic provider directly right away. No diagnosis: nothing on this site diagnoses a septic problem. Descriptions of services and pricing guidance are general information, not a quote and not advice about your system.
